Hi Factinvestor. No real business is set up like VNDB. I think you now understand that.

Pennyland Red Flag version of Where's Waldo:

- Filings said they were headquartered in the UK
- New CEO lives in Costa Rica.
- Controlling shareholders are in Panama.
- Old IR was in California
- Business is incorporated in Nevada (like many scammy businesses).
- Entity started in Canada
- Auditor is in Michigan (I kid you not!) [likely, former auditor now]

- NEW TA in BC Canada (last I checked)
