Dah it seems you are more educated than a lot of holders in this stock so I appreciate your insight. This could be an issue with cleaning up capital structure but IDK. There are TONS of preferred shares so if they really needed to clean up prior to uplisting that means everyone needs to convert. Also - if everyone converts than that means we have SERIOUS DILUTION of 100M+ shares. Dr. Chan has stated that we are around 600M fully diluted. If even a portion of the possible dilution occurs we can see a significant decline in stock price as shares are brought onto the market and market cap adjusts accordingly.

If the stock is so undervalued then why arent insiders buying? Dr. Chan should be purchasing a TON of accepting payment for his work in stock options instead. At least Kathy's husband has some faith lol...

I still think this is going to take a huge dive prior to a run-up occuring if a run-up does occur. One quarter of flat sales or a decline in sales and the stock is going to fall heavily.
