Some people just don't get it in the OTC. When a company, especially a shell company, does a reverse split, it is to provide the company's potential investors with legitimate high price (over $1 per share or higher) to attract the high-end serious investors and much more new funds.

The R/S itself does not change the shareholder's percentage ownership though the new float was reduced significantly (65,375 shares now).

So, anyone thinking that the MCII's new OS (96,675 ~ 204,675 shares now) is going to increase after the reverse split, has a false assumption.

Time will tell. GOOD LUCK
