i have not read the filings word for word... so i don't know for sure... , i think the 3 iron ridge transactions were at different price amounts ranging from .20 to .30, but after the 6 mth restriction, if i remember correctly, iron ridge shares were free and clear to do whatever they want with them...

so, they could be making a killing with other triple zero stocks where they have unlimited shares.... and to offset gains and pay less taxes, they could be selling jamn at lower prices... (just a scenario)

who knows.... they are a plenty of reasons for someone wanting to
sell a stock at any price they like...

i think the focus today should be a whopping $400,000 dollar volume day for jamn....
