If you were to buy all the shares of the company, you would want to spend what the company is worth. so you take what the company actualy is worth / on how many shares there are. Then the price would be 0.007 or around that.

This is the direction the price of the stock usually goes towards. if a company shares sells for more it is overvalued and will dropp. if the price is under it is undervalued and will tend to rise.
