Have you spoken to Shinn lately? Are there any laws to protect shareholders from sham companies? ARTEK has not put out any financials since the inception 8+ years ago, I thought they had to do that. I guess in pennyland anything goes but the SEC should look at these shady penny stocks and close them down if they do not report. My opinion at this stage is that ARTEK is done.
