Even if the judgement goes through & the restitution is approved, etc, etc... If the counter-party doesn't have the money to pay, they will simply default on the payment and there is no FDIC assurance for lawsuits.
^^ That's a very real and likely possibility. I own shares of GDGI, and I'm not downplaying the upside potential, but for your own sake, be educated on the companies you invest in rather than listen to someone else's promise of fortune and their advice to blindly hold your shares.
