Well there ya go, SCH 13g filed this morning. SEC website actually sez the SCH 13 was filed yesterday before the Form 3. But no matter.

Only about 1.2 million shares listed on those filings actually exist today. The rest are potential shares to be considered in HEPIs fully diluted calc. The filings are probably required based on the annual proxy reporting requirements to identify significant shareholders.

All of HEPIs 5% owners have filed 13Gs ..... Which is indication the holding is for investment purposes. 13D indicates desire to exert control over the company.
