Scheltema issued 7.5m unrestricted shares for $7500 debt for period ended June 30. PAG Group, Sharon Irni got shares
and they will not hold. Google them, these shares are not closely held, you can add them to the float, they are pump and dump artists and also paid for promotions in other stocks!
As soon buying volume comes in
there will be resistance. I highly doubt it will be
thin like it was before he issued these shares.
We don´t know what happened after June 30 with the share structure. Maybe anyone can call TA to get these informations.
Fact is o/s is 50% or 18m shares higher,
and minimum 7.5m shares are unrestricted.
And i think we have already seen it few weeks ago when i bought shares back. Then VFIN was there and dumped lower and lowered the Ask.
Mr S got 1m unrestricted shares, Lori Starks Moss got 3.5m and his son also 1m unrestricted shares for "debt"! They could dump them anytime beside PAG Group 1m shares and Sharon Irni 1m shares.
You don´t issue unrestricted shares if you have no intention to sell them and here are pump and dump artists involved.
The only reason why float is probably still low, there is no buying volume, but it´s not the same, because they already sold some and the shares from Irni and PAG Group are not closely held.
