Concerning J3 Divvies, No Public Filing/Statement by JF...

There seems to be some "magic" or "hope" of J3 linking to GTHI. Why? The only public statement/filing concerning GTGP holders receiving divvies was associated with GTHI. Exact divvie amount was never filed even though in a Dec 2011 PR, JF claimed it would be a 1:1 divvie. However, in an Oct 2011 SEC filing, JF never outright discloses the specific dividend ratio or amount. Never really did matter, with nearing three years passing and no peep of divvies heard from JF again.

Gilbert walked away from J3 for some reason?
Corrinne walked away, or booted, from GTGP officers list?
JF not on J3's board so not a part of J3 decisions?
Some interesting factiods being avoided.
Now why would that be?
