I'm not really sure what you are asking with regards to the following question you posed:

Is that a ray of sunshine peaking out of our otherwise very "GREY SHEET SKY"?

The fact that they went dormant and "The Company plans..." in my mind is irrelevant considering those statements were all made a year prior to the July 29th,2014 decision. I'm just wondering if MSGi figured they would escape the SEC with just minor ramifications or if they planned for this outcome. Obviously if it is the latter, then I guess you can think of it as a "ray of sunshine...".

My thinking is that if MSGi planned for this then a CEO would already have been announced. Right? If you look at the VNTH situation, seems to me that they knew the outcome of the SEC punishment resulting in preselecting Buckman. In 8/2013 my guess is that they didn't have a clue this was going to be the result of the SEC case.

Shizl suggested that the MSGi website was taken down because a possible new site was going to go up. Let me tell you it is just a matter of copying files from 1 directory to another directory to make a new site live. No reason IMHO to take down the temporary splash screen while a new site is under development.

These are all just my opinions because I obviously have no clue as to what the heck is going on.
