The most important task for ALL persons considering buying stock in any OTCBB or OTC stock is to know if the stock is an SEC Filer or is a non-registered stock trading on the OTC Markets.

SEC reporting stocks trade on either the SEC reporting OTCBB or the non-SEC reporting OTC Markets so it is imperative to not assume that a stock trading on the OTC Markets is a non-SEC reporting stock.

The FIRST due diligence investors must undertake is to determine if a stock is an SEC Registrant Filer and then to determine if the stock is current or delinquent in their Financials filing obligations.

If the stock is delinquent in filing Financials be advised that the risk increases for an SEC Suspension the longer the stock is delinquent. Once an SEC Filer stock is suspended for Financials delinquencies the stock registration WILL BE REVOKED soon after the SEC Suspension ends!!!!!!!!!!

Make this link the most important link to access BEFORE buying a stock that may be a delinquent SEC Filer at risk of an SEC Suspension.

Use the Company Name search as it is more efficient than the Fast Search.
