I don't think it is over until Stan passes away.
The partnership (Stan Lee Comics) with Genius Brands and Archie comics should be releasing the next "Stan Lee's Mighty 7" movie in November, with the third to be released January. Although, I still haven't seen any branded merchandise.
And, as far as I know the "Zodiac" illustrated novel is still a go for the end of January 2015. It didn't get the publicity I had hoped for at SDCC, but NYCC is coming up early October. The NYCC will also have the Yoshiki/Stan news about "Blood Red Dragon".
POW! isn't doing to good with movies, but we recently found out that "Legion of 5" is back in play. Also, Sony is working on "Apollo Rising" or whatever it will be called ("Untitled POW! Movie #5"?).
The company and it's board of directors are probably worthless, but I think the stock can still be worth something, at least for a short time.
