Gander.tv announced that it will stream shows created and hosted by Vine stars Nash Grier and Cameron Dallas, according to AdWeek. Founded as a streaming video guide to New York nightlife, these new shows signal the site’s move into national, and less regional, content. Neither show will be edited or produced by Gander.tv and viewers will have the chance to interact with the social media celebrities. This, hopefully, help keep in tact the authenticity and accessibility that make Grier and Dallas so beloved to begin with.
This is the second deal for both teen stars, who will also have shows with AwesomenessTV, a signal of the importance of social media celebrities for brands, websites, and publications looking to engage younger readers and viewers.
