I beg your pardon... Ask Laporte what the privacy act is when it pertains to private investigations. Such as being hired to investigate the PFNO bonds. He may talk about public information but he will not tell you if the bonds were fake or real.
Laporte did say he found it very weird that ING did not want to help him, a prior Secret Service Agent. Laporte also found it weird there is no record of an investigation either.
