A real company

I will not comment if IC Places is a real company or not.

I always thought a real company had real revenues, outside directors, a management team, a corporate mission, an accounting department, a marketing department, and assets that were more than prepaid expenses and fixed assets. A real company has the ability to file required reports by their due date or at a minimum by the extension date.

I could be wrong.
