I don't believe we have the luxury of being able to provide any more on the job training. It has been incredibly expensive for all shareholders in terms of delays and dilution. There is no point having good people in the wings if the company is effectively run as a private business with one person taking all the decisions. Enough is enough and if we are talking about fortitude then the BOD has to make decisions that will take us forward. The first one should be to put an experienced and competent CEO in place. At this point the longer Ed is there the longer and harder the task becomes. I remember making the same suggestion over two years ago about putting someone in place on a similar share driven deal that Esposito is on to the sound of derision. At that point we had about 240m shares issued !
