"Where is the 1 to 100 conversion?"

As per the latest 10Q. . .

"All of the preferred stock of the Company is convertible into common shares. The Series A and Series C stock conversion ratio is 100 to 1 shares."

"At the closing of the agreement, the Company had 3,920,700 common shares, 595,000 preferred stock series A, 624,671, preferred stock series B, 156,231 preferred stock series B-1 and 355,000 preferred stock series C issued and outstanding"

595,000 Preferred Series A x 100 = 59,500,000 common shares
355,000 Preferred Series C x 100 = 35,500,000 common shares

The Series F convertible preferred shares that were issued in association with the recent private placement have nothing to do with what I was talking about. Those shares were issued for $825,250 in cash from four investors and convert on a one for one basis. Dr. Frost was one of the four investors that got in on the private placement at .75 cents a share. Frost and Rubin were also issued an unstated amount of shares for their participation in a Strategic Advisory Board.
