Without debating your point, that still does not mean that we're jinxed, and that despite EPA approval there will inevitably be "some way" to be delayed.

The fact that there has been a lot of on-the-job training over the years, doesn't mean that they won't get it right eventually.

Especially considering that people like Balzer and Esposito are in the wings. They haven't jumped ship, and that says something IMO. There must be a finite goal in their minds that they see coming to fruition, finally.
