It is not about attitude or fortitude. The best will in the world does not compensate for incompetence bought about by inexperience and lack of relevant skills. The biggest hurdle we have is Ed's intransigence and inability to acknowledge his limitations IMO - not the EPA or anything else. He lost sight of what is good for MZEI a long time ago.
