I stickied your post and agree with the sentiment entirely.

From a legal perspective, while you may be correct, there's no proof of the correctness and even if there is, how much money are shareholders willing to spend to recover a No Bid x $0.0001 stock that needs a R/S.

From a stock perspective I don't believe there's an alternative to a large R/S, that is then coupled with bringing in currently revenue and profit producing assets to build book value over time.
