I just spoke to the SEC yet again. They told me that I own part of the company whether it's trading publicly or not. How I can find out what it's worth or how to get money for my shares I couldn't find out because I got pissed at the representative because he said it wasn't a federal, but rather an issue of the state where SIOR was incorporated and I should get a lawyer.
Legal help has to be done in group class action. I want to be part of that, but I first I would rather wait and see if SE predictions about the relist effort are true. I hope someone can contact him because I don't want to bother him anymore. He was very nice to me.
