Frankly, considering all that's taken place so far, I can only speculate that we "live in hope." There are others here on this board who think this is a "slam dunk" case (for us) and I can certainly understand how they come to that conclusion. But, I'm a born-again skeptic, and I don't trust this government to do what's right, or legal; and that's why I'm uncertain just how this will come out. Also, I've got some big $$$ invested that it WILL come out on our side; but there is not a day that goes by when I don't get a little worried.
