This is simply the tail end of a front loaded P&D. It's over, and the insiders and promoters are bailing out while they can.

It's obvious what happened - Jerry & Crew gave themselves a 10 MILLION share preferred they've never explained. They never explained how many shares they gave themselves for merging with themselves (the Chill Texas deal.) They never explained the extra 30 million shares that suddenly appeared in the past month.

1.6 million shares isn't much compared with what Jerry & the promoters have to dump.
