right or wrong, law or not, never underestimate how a quickly judge can change his/her mind, given a phone call by "someone"; a "wink and nod" by someone else.

It's happened many times in the world of jurisprudence -- and this is what I'm most concerned about in this case. Needless to say, I hope I'm VERY, VERY wrong.
