you know, you're right. we are running out of months. these guys have just put off time and time again any definitive action that would affect pps, I'm gun shy. it surely sounds like everything is lined up, just saying that i'll believe it when I see it. by the way, any pps appreciation that comes our way, i'll take, regardless. not being negative, just looking for concrete action.
