Torvec filed for trademark registration for the Vibraclet on 3/3/14. There were numerous examiner steps that occured in June, and on 85/14 the trademark registration was published for opposition. Does anyone know what the timeline is for this process going forward. Would be good to know approx. when Torvec might be granted a trademark and begin selling this thing.
