ok so let me understand the scorecard.

the commission reviewed/reversed the non infringement for patent 151 on claim 16 (so they must have infringed)
but decided to not review the ruling of invalid due to indefiniteness. So it is infringed but patent is invalid.

then they decided not to review the ruling of noninfringment for the power patents(based on the prior 613/800 rulings) even though there is a "conflict" with cafc remand.

joke of an agency.
