AXIM had 33 million shares outstanding at the end of June. Axim has $4,838.00 in assets at the end of June. The value per PPS is 0.00014! Why is Axim at $10.00? This is a scam for sure and if MJNA is valuing their shares of AXIM at $10.00 in their financials they are a part of the scam.
Its no wonder the S.E.C. has asked to look at all of MJNAs documentation.
