"Probably 300 million in sales generates zero profit after sales, marketing and start-up costs.
It's a real shame that people are publishing such obvious fake stuff to pump this stock."

Novo Nordisk's operating margin in h1-2014 was 39.9%, with diabetes being 78.7% of sales (Aug 07 q2 results PR).
Sanofi's Pharmaceuticals operating margin in h1-2014 was 28.4%, with diabetes being 25.5% of Pharmaceuticals (Jul 31 q2 results PR).

So, $300 M Afrezza sales x 0.284-0.399 = $85-120 M profit...
And I would lean toward the top of the range (Novo's number) which is more representative of a diabetes player.
