Ok, so it's been 3 months since they financed the company via PPHMP and as of last week they only sold 20k common via the ATM. Considering the burn during a phase 3 with 133 sites running they'll need to do something prior to quarter end (October 31?). Look for another big block of PPHMP, a PIPE, a positive development that might allow the company to sell the $25 million ATM shares sitting there or...well, I don't wanna jinx it.
