Shareholder meeting may be cancelled completely?

after two postponements, Hop-On may find it cannot afford to rent a room at the Embassy Suites and may decide that a shareholder meeting where only one or two investors atttend is not the best way to do stock promotion to help investors dump their shares above $0.0001.

What happened to Hop-On press releases? I'm wondering if E-Telegis decided that they wanted cash up-front(not almost-worthless shares) before helping Hop-On issue PR's again?
