In a blog post dated 8-5-2014, management states that the new judgment against them for hundreds of thousands of dollars from CAV Dist. is not theirs and that they are going to file a notice to vacate that same day.

On 8/27 I called the court house and they state no such filing has been made as of that day. They do not have a copy of that. Who is lying here, the company or the court house?

You would certainly think that if you had a judgment with your name on it for hundreds of thousands of dollars and you tell your shareholders it is not the companies responsibility, that you would have the proper paperwork filed to have this resolved ASAP. Who is lying here? Someone is lying, either HHSE did not actually file the paperwork and lied about that in the blog or the court house is lying and they did recieve it. SOMEONE IS LYING HERE. Any predictions who?
