I remember finding a defamation case that Michaels filed on the guy that wrote the article. I believe that Michaels withdrew the case when he saw he was on the losing in.

Have to go look it up again. I believe it was filed in Orange County.

He also tried to sue some people back in 2001 for defamation. They were some posters on a different board, I believe.

The case went on for awhile, funny thing, one of them filed a SLAPP against him. That case was in Orange County.

Good ol' Petey decided he wanted to withdraw that case too.
