I realize the opinion is dismal here but I have sent the info about Apple to LM and she can decide what to do with it. If they are working with Apple that would be the best thing but a lawsuit against them would be good too especially if it resulted in a license agreement. Got an out of office for the holiday yesterday so I expect she will see it today.

What we have here...is a failure to communicate!
