Thanks. This is a big deal because it spreads ownership of CTIX to a party with unknown intentions...it could end up with 16MM more shares in the float. Or perhaps not. If Aruda was truly a developer of equal importance to Dr. Menon, then they/he/she understand(s) the potential of Kevetrin and will hold.

This is all very interesting and somewhat out of the blue. I don't recall reading about this in any of the previous financials. Of course, it was not litigation with CTIX per se...
