Ag preserve? So what? Still illegal.
Why would anyone think that they can say - over and over again "Emerald is legit and legal", while there are numerous laws that state - plainly and clearly - that Emerald is an illegal operation?

If land is designated as an ag preserve it just means you get a tax break - how did anyone get the idea being an ag preserve also allowed someone to break the law? It's stupid ....
