No SB you correct. You have stated multiple times that you have been involved in development deals over your career and they all went no where. Explains a lot. You're using anecdotal evidence from the failures in your own career to prove that EPGL won't go anywhere. The bitterness is almost palpable...must make for cold lonely nights in Chicago.
