Not to belabor the point, but even by your numbers, B valued at about 750 million in annual sales, do not equate to a 7.25 buyout when one uses standard multiples for valuation. Multiply 750,000,000 by 5 and what do you get? The company has almost no debt and very low accumulated expenditures, so 4.5 billion is a low figure just for B.
