MJNA has a history of shoddy corporate governance

The late 2Q/14 filing is just the latest example of MJNA's management's sloppy corporate governance

With missed dates, proper votes on amendments not taken, forgetting to renew the corporate registration on time, etc, the mistakes are legion.

It's that same bad corporate governance that resulted in MJNA losing Dixie Elixirs and the termination of CannaVest's distribution agreement with HempMeds.

If it was just one report, one time, that would be one thing, but MJNA's management is establishing the benchmark for CorpGov suckage.
