Since then, Ergo and PFNO will need to renegotiate their agreement. No finger-pointing, but a time limit ran out on Ergo's listing they both agreed upon. So now they've instead sped up the process by going to a different listing, and both say they will come back to make a new agreement.

In the meantime, PFNO moved forward with settling its billions in bonds. This link, and the recent news, is the other info to check.
