What, we have a merger in progress without an official PR saying so?

Come on, if there was truly a merger about to happen we, day traders, would not be the first to here about it in a 10K report.

The stock would already have bounced up before we even had a chance to get in at such a low price. We would somehow be the last to hear about the merger.

The crazy volume the last few weeks is because of Note holders converting to shares of Domark. (Something like that).
