Pistol...what gripes me is how big pharm runs the show. Start-ups like ENTB and her sisters have quite a difficult time getting through the maze set up before them - It has often been said on this board how big pharm owns the Fed.
Make the start-up go through Fed hoops while the Big Boys have time to see what they got. Make 'em eat up all the money they have and make them issue more shares just to stay alive. Keep that pps down just in case they actually do have a money maker....so the Big Boys can buy 'em out cheap after the start-up eventually emerges through the hoops with that proven money-maker-patent penny poor. Gobble, Gobble. The Big Boys like them tenderized before they eat them.
Sure, in the end if the long-term investor sticks it out, there is money to be made. Not nearly as soon, nor as much...if our winner had been set free to succeed on its own in a free market place.
Just know, that is the case here. I know it, you should too.
