If a company that does what trialon corp does took the shares instead of cash payment than to me that says something.

No one in their right mind let alone a huge company with layers and layers of people to protect them would take shares if the tech was not passing their test and they were not going to make out better than just receiving payment.

It would also be one thing if they showed they took partial shares. But looks to me like they took full payment in shares.
