ALWAYS Check The Share Structure and if you cant get a to the day current on it, then assume the worse and watch L2 to confirm that there are no whales parked on the ask side call the Transfer Agent or company and if you cant get the current SS , then trade it as if the A/S was maxed out and it is a complete scam
