Totally agree with you imiloa. In addition to that, Mark takes no measure to further explain the delay (we are suppose to wait past the deadline of 2 years) and trust Mark (NOT).

Like I said before, I put my complaint into the SEC on Mark and his company (because at this point what he is doing is very suspect IMO), or he has an incredibly inept auditor (also my opinion).

I am just leaving a trail so THAT THE BALL ON THIS COMPANY WILL NOT STOP AT 2 YEARS AS I HAVE PUT MY STAKE IN THE GROUND WHICH THE SEC WILL NOW HAVE TO ACKNOWLEDGE. This at least buys us more time than 2 years if the 2 year mark is of any importance.

SORRY MARK, BUT YOU ARE NOT GETTING AWAY WITH YOUR ANTICS.

Keep delaying and I will leave more trails.
