I live in Glenwood Springs, CO. and would love Solar3D to have operations here.
You are in a beautiful part of the country. I've been through there coming from Wisconsin where I live. Do they really have a law that you are not allowed to collect rain. How hard is it to get a permit????
It would be a nice place to own a Tesla. Never have to pay gas again. And you won't even have to have solar to charge your Tesla.
