Where did you get that idea? S3d has to file quqrterlies and yearly. They have 45 window from the nd of the quqrter to file. Most companies use almost the entire window. Pinks on the other hand don't necessrily have to file, but if they ever want to get elevated to stright OB, they need to file.

We are not pink BTW so we do have to follow SEC rules. That's why you have seen all the filings posted above.

Don't gamble; take all your savings and buy some good stock and hold it till it goes up, then sell it. If it don't go up, don't buy it.
