Whether or not the title, "Doctor" applies, Moran has shown no evidence that he is actually good.

He's certainly bad at filing required SEC reports on time.

He's also bad at updating Dewmar's Las Vegas address, because DEWM's registration company has moved from 101 Convention Center Drive, Suite 700 in Las Vegas, leaving the place empty:
