Thats a good question.Ive been thinking about that and it appears thats there intent by doing what they did at some point a sale of all or parts will occur imho.

Boy I sure found out alot over the past 48 hours.One the past CEO gets lower teens off the top if a sale occurs and he wanted more.To me thats insult to injury and best of luck to him if this plays out the way it has cause I doubt he will ever see a cent.

Maza sure got perferred shares so to me he has not worked for free.

I beleive they took there sweet time regarding the ligation to force this deal down the throats of several and this was planned regarding the r/s and all this is damages or imo will be apart of the damages regarding the ligation or that will no doubt be there claim.

Right now we got just a little over 400 million shares o/s or thats what I was told and this is from a solid source.Yeah if everything was converted at .002 or less it would be alot more shares thats simple math but it can not be cause all new shares are restriced so it was incorrect to say 10 to 14 b.

If that Shire trial goes as I expect its going to be a huge (Major) event for ILNS and this want be pennies it want be .60 cents after the R/S but it will be multi x that imho.

They had to have a reason to wipeout that much debt surrender that much stock preferred,warrants and common plus do a r/s it was not just damages or so called damages.

They had several top tier companies approach them in the past regarding deals but the cap structure was the deal breaker thats my understanding and imo.

I'm going to sit back for a little while.Gain all the information I can and see what all my options are which I already know I've many.

When I no longer post ever you know I sold took losses.That want be the end of this for me it will just be the beginning.I'm not LOL
